If you order a product from us you are placed in our customer file.
Potential Future Modifications
Delivery charges are based on order value and method of shipping. You will be able to choose faster services as you complete your order. Rush charges will be added to the standard shipping and handling fees.
For deliveries within the Continental USA, we will ship your order via UPS. For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are accepted using US currency and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately and you will be informed of any backorders or delays.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm usually ship within 2-3 business days pending availability of product and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm will begin processing on the next business day. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of in-stock items. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
we offer Next Day Air or Second Day Air service for in-stock items. Add $20 per shipping address for delivery one business day after shipping. Add $10 per shipping address for delivery two business days after shipping. Orders are subject to availability and verification of credit card billing and shipping name and address.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, simply return the merchandise within 15 days in its original condition i.e. unworn and unused with all tags attached and in its original box along with the original receipt to:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Solemates shoes will refund the purchase price of returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase excluding Shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving the return. You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements will not be credited.
Exchange If you need a style in a different size or color, you must return the ordered item and purchase the correct one.
